  If you are knowledgeable about dos and dbase IV, can uncompress a .ZIP
  file and have your dbase program installed in the C:\DBASE directory unzip
  the file VMENU301.ZIP into this directory.

  To get the menu on the screen enter in the following:

  DBASE VIRTDBMS

  To get the menu editing utility program on the screen enter

  DBASE VIRTEDHR


  These are the only programs you can run.  If you have gotten either one
  of them on the screen and can manuever around the menu, read the text file
  STEP2.TXT
